How to become a resident of a Technopark?
To become a resident of "UNITECHPROM BSU" NTP, a legal entity or individual entrepreneur must meet the following requirements:
Average number of employees - up to 100 people
The main activity is research and development, innovation
Conclusion of a lease agreement for real estate NTP
Advantages of a technopark resident
Residents of science and technology parks are exempted from the obligatory sale of foreign currency received from the sale of goods (works, services), property rights to intellectual property
Residents of science and technology parks pay income tax at the rate of 10% (except for income tax calculated, withheld and transferred in the performance of the duties of a tax agent), provided that the activities of residents of science and technology parks are innovative
A rent reduction factor is introduced for residents
