Research and Production Food Technology Center
The staff of the Center comprises 8 people, 7 of whom have higher education. These are mainly graduates of BSU, including a chemist, biologist, physicist, including 3 Ph.D. in chemistry.
The center is focused on the Innovative Development Approach
The full innovative cycle – development, research and production of food additives
- Analysis and statement of the problem;
- Development of the proportion of the composition;
- Research realization;
- Development and approval of a complete package of regulatory and technical documentation (technical specifications, recommendation and formulation, scheme of technochemical control, recommendations for use);
- State registration of products;
- Organization of production;
- Customer service on the principle of "feedback"
