Main characteristics:

• purpose - semi-automatic assembly of printed components with the use of surface mounting technology in the conditions of experimental and small-scale multi-nomenclature production;

• type - semi-automatic desktop-type station with computer control for reliable, fast and accurate installation of surface-mounted electronic components on a printed circuit board by transfer from feeders using vacuum tweezers;

• the main installation module with integrated microprocessor control, having installation heads with an air damper for installing components;

• program control of the installation process, sign of the information necessary for the assembly, display of the sequence of the assembly process and a hint to the operator of each subsequent action;

• fast reconfiguration when switching to another type of printing unit, the ability to broadcast data and create working installation programs from all common design systems using an existing CAD converter;

• table for fixing printed components with micrometric displacement;

• coordinate rulers along the X-Y axes, determination of the proper position of the pantograph using optical encoders on linear guides along the X-Y axes of the pantograph movement;
