The surface mounting boxes of chip resistors and capacitors CE24 are necessary when working with SMD components. They can be used by adjusters and installers of electronic equipment, TV masters, radio amateurs, etc.

Construction
The construction of the surface mounting boxes of elements is an original development of AURIS company which has been tested by many years of operational experience. The advantages of the boxes are compactness, speed of search and visibility of the presence of elements of all 120 denominations (+2 additional) of the E24 series, as well as the prevention of accidental scattering and mixing of elements. The capacity of the cell is from 100 to 500 elements, depending on their size.
The box is a disk with many cells arranged in a circle in groups of five pieces. The number of groups and their names correspond to the E24 series. In each group, each of the cells has its own multiplier. For resistors (from the center to the edge of the circle): 10 - 100 - 1k - 10k - 100k; for capacitors: 1p - 10p - 100p - 1n - 10n. There are two additional cells in the center of the disk: 0 Ω and 1 MΩ (resistor box); 100n and backup (capacitor box). The cells are closed with a tightly fitting transparent lid with holes. Only one group of cells can be open at a time. In the stowed position (easily fixed), all cells are closed.
